Terms & Conditions


We require a minimum of 24 garments per order.  

Turnaround Time:  

Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days from the time we receive both the full payment of your order and the approved artwork. This is our average turnaround time which is based upon our current production schedule, and it is not guaranteed. If an order is needed by a certain date that is earlier than our standard turnaround time, please let us know as a 25%-75% rush fee may be applied. Please take note that we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.

Rush Orders:  

Here at Six12 Printing, we understand some things are needed quickly and on the fly!  To help accommodate our customers we do offer rush orders! Rush Orders are available within 1-5 business days at an additional 25%-75% fee. If a rush order is needed, please contact us first to confirm availability before placing your order. Payment for the rush fee will be added to the full total amount.


100% of the invoice amount must be paid in full to begin production on your order,  unless special arrangements have been made in advance between you and Six12 Printing. We accept cash and all major credit cards. Payment in full is required to receive your order, unless you have set up a special arrangement with Six12 Printing.


If for any reason you should cancel your order, refund amounts are determined based  on the status of your order’s production. Refunds may be subject to any applicable  return shipping fees and/or restocking fees.  

Print Quotes:  

We honor our print quotes for up to 15 days and are subject to change if your artwork were to be changed/modified.  


We ship orders via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Our print quotes do not include shipping costs unless requested, as well, our turnaround time does not account for shipping times.

Pick Up / Drop Off:  

We understand life gets busy, and deadlines can be tight. If you are unable to pick up/drop off at our print shop or arrange for shipping, we offer courier services if you are located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Courier services are $25 for either pick up or drop off and $35 for both.

Garment and Ink Changes:  

Garment styles or garment color changes are allowed if production on your order has not started yet. If the change is needed after production has started, you may be subject to pay a restocking fee of unused garments in addition to any cost difference for the new garments.

Please be advised that any garment style or garment color change can increase the turnaround time for your order. Ink color changes are allowed if production on your order has not begun yet, however fees may apply. Please contact us if any of these changes apply.

Adding Garments:  

If you need to add additional garments to your order after you have  approved your order for production, or if your order is already in production, please let us know and we can update you on additional pricing and turnaround times.

Flawed Garments:  

Although we perform quality checks on every order before sending them out, we do understand there could be oversight. To make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their prints, we encourage you to check for any flaws once once you receive your garments. We allow for up to 5 days from the time you received your garments to notify us of any flaws so that we can follow up with a plan of action (case by case basis). Any notification of flawed garments after 5 days may be subject to a set up fee for reprint.

Art Guidelines and Preparation:  

We have a standard artwork charge of $25 per hour, or billed in 15-minute increments.  The reasons for this charge are, but are not limited to:
  • Standard artwork preparations for printing  
  • Files that do not meet the above listed criteria (minimum charge of $25)
    • Any artwork you would like us to create for you  
  • Any changes that need to be made to your artwork (if we create your artwork and  there should need any change, there will not be a charge for that change)  

All artwork must be approved via a digital mock-up or signed print out. Upon  receiving your mock-up, we will allow up to one revision free of charge. Any additional revisions will be subject to an art preparation fee at our current rate.  

*Please be advised that any changes to your artwork after approving the mock-up  could increase the turnaround time for your order.  

Art Approval:  

We will require approval of each project’s artwork mockup in order to begin the first day of  production. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all information on the proof is  correct and ready for production. If an error is found after your order has been  approved and printed, we will not be held responsible for the cost associated with  reprinting the order. We reserve the rights for no liability for errors in designs approved by the customers.

Care Instructions:  

We will not be responsible for any fading or weathering of garments. Once your completed order leaves our shop, we are no longer in control of the elements your prints will endure such as wash temperature, abrasiveness, soaps and chemicals, etc.  

*We recommend machine wash cold, inside out, line drying or tumble drying low to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of all your prints and garments.

Social Sharing:  

We have great joy in the work we do here at Six12 Printing! We desire for everyone to see the quality work and service we provide by taking photos and videos of our work  and posting them online via our website and Instagram account. Please notify us if you do not wish to have your logo or design included in our pictures, videos or portfolio and we will gladly exclude them.  

Our Guarantee:  

Here at Six12 Printing, we fully stand behind the work we do. Our motto is to always  be honest and true to our customers while providing the best quality service possible.  If we make a mistake while printing your order and it is not what was agreed upon,  and if it falls outside of our terms and conditions, we will reprint your order free of charge within 5-7 business days. We do not offer refunds.
