Plastisol
Plastisol ink is a popular choice for screen printing as it is highly opaque, durable, and has a wide range of colors available. It is also a great option for printing on synthetic fabrics, as it adheres well and produces vibrant, long-lasting prints.
Water-based Ink
Water-based ink is a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional plastisol ink and produces a softer, more breathable print. It is also great for printing on light-colored fabrics and gives a vintage or “worn-in” look to the print.
Puff Ink
Puff ink is a special type of ink that is used to create a raised, puff effect on printed designs, resulting in a three-dimensional look to the print. Puff ink is often used for designs that feature large text and/or artwork without fine details.
Simulated Process
Four-color process is when the artwork is created and then separated into four colors (CMYK) which combine to create the full spectrum of colors needed for photographic prints. This means a large number of colors can be simulated using only 4 screens, reducing costs, time, and set-up. The inks are required to blend and are more translucent, meaning a compromise with vibrancy.

What’s the minimum order for custom screen printing?
We require a minimum of 24 pieces per design for screen printing. This helps keep costs reasonable while ensuring high-quality prints. Need something in a smaller quantity? Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a great option for low-quantity orders with full-color designs—just let us know what you need!
Can I mix different shirt styles and colors in my order?
Absolutely! You can mix shirt styles and colors as long as the design stays the same across all garments. Some variations may require slight adjustments in print setup, but we’ll guide you through it.
How long does production take?
Our standard turnaround time is 10–12 business days after artwork approval and payment. Need it faster? Rush options may be available—just reach out, and we’ll see what we can do!
Can you print on shirts I bring in?
Our minimum order for printing only (without purchasing garments from us) starts at 100 pieces per design. This ensures quality control and consistency across the entire order.
What type of artwork do you need for printing?
We need high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) or at least a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. If you’re unsure, send us what you have—we’ll let you know if it’s good to go or needs tweaking.
